1. Definitions

• Premier Cars Peterborough: Refers to the taxi company providing local and airport transfer services.

• Passenger: Any individual who travels in a vehicle booked through Premier Cars.

• Service: The transportation or transfer service provided upon booking.

• Booking: A confirmed reservation via phone, online form, booking system , or email.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online, through our booking link, by phone, or through our mobile platform.

• Once a booking is received, we will confirm the journey details by call, SMS, or email.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the details (pickup time, location, drop-off, contact info) are correct.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance through our secure payment system or by card over the phone.

• Prices are quoted based on mileage, vehicle type, time of booking, and special requests (e.g., baby seat).

• We reserve the right to change prices based on changes to journey requirements (e.g., waiting time, detours).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a booking up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time with a full refund.

• Cancellations under 60 minutes are non-refundable unless there is a proven driver issue or service error.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

5. No-Show Policy

• If the passenger fails to arrive at the pickup location after reasonable attempts to contact them, it will be considered a no-show, and the fare will be non-refundable.

6. Delays & Service Disruption

• We aim to be on time for every booking. However, Premier Cars Peterborough is not liable for delays caused by road traffic, accidents, weather, or mechanical issues beyond our control.

• If we are unable to fulfil a booking, we will attempt to find an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund.

7. Conduct & Safety

• All passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our drivers and maintain safety protocols.

• Our drivers reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers displaying abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour.

8. Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Premier Cars does not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

• Please ensure items are not left behind in the vehicle; contact us immediately if something is lost.

9. Child Seats

• We can provide child seats upon request during booking. However, availability is limited and not guaranteed unless pre-booked.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the child seat is properly secured before travel.

10. Airport Transfers

• For airport pickups, our drivers monitor flight arrival times to adjust pickup accordingly.

• Waiting charges may apply if the driver is made to wait beyond the agreed grace period (usually 30 minutes).

11. Liability

• Premier Cars Peterborough is not liable for any loss (financial, missed flights, appointments, etc.) due to service delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

13. Amendments to Terms

• Premier Cars reserves the right to update these trading terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
